I was sitting at my desk today finishing up an assignment for school. Although the assignment was not hard, it was stressful because after this one is complete, I have another 3. After those school assignments are completed, I have my personal work to do; start and complete 6 full websites.
All this work makes me think, why? We work to make money, which we then spend in order to have fun… While we are having fun, we are thinking of the work that is ahead of us… While we are at work, we are thinking of the fun that is coming… Its an endless cycle that never seems to stop for some people (like myself). I am taking all the money I am making to buy equipment for my work, such as dual monitors to view website and program code on two screens, a new laptop with better specs for multimedia design processing and hopefully a high quality digital camera. But does that make sense? Work hard to buy equipment for work? Life is messed up man… I guess I just need to get to the point where I am making so much money from investments that it would not be an issue and I would be able to sit on my butt all day long.
When that day comes… hmm… 
Here is the twist, at least in my mind. What happens if I got everything that I wanted because I had the money to get it without working hard…Would life be fun? I know from personal experiences, that when I work so hard for something that I want, that when I finally get it, the satisfaction so great, that it gives you a nice warm feeling inside. Whatever, enough bitching, back to work!
p.s. For those of you wondering, I have 6 website projects, of which only 2 are paying. The rest are favors 
… I hate being so generous, I hope it pays off.
