Anyone can be bought…

Sad, but true… With the right price, ANYONE can be bought. Some people will argue with me that it depends on the person, but based on my life experiences, people can and will be bought.

I myself have had several opportunities which I undertook in “buying” a person’s favoritism in the service industry. For example, at a bar, I didn’t want to wait in the crowd for my drinks, so I gave the bar tender $20 and every time I went to the bar for the rest of the night and just look in his general direction, he would ignore everyone and come straight to me. Of course, this isn’t officially buying a person, but it is the start.

I have seen, YES, with my own two eyes, a person get away from being arrested for a crime by paying the a non-corrupt police $500. I could see the discomfort in the police officer’s eyes, but it was easy money he didn’t want to let slide. A clean police, now made corrupt.

There have been more than several occasions were a person has be persuaded to do what they normally would not do based on a materialistic reward. Once they accept the reward and honor their commitment, they have just sold themselves. I despise people like this, but the sad reality of it all is that I myself can most likely be bought.
If someone offered me $5000 for a task that I would normally not do, then I would greatly reconsider it, depending on the severity of the request.

In conclusion, ANYONE can be bought. Selfish human beings….

A person can be bought if only they sell themselves short. Everything comes with a price tag but your life is not worth it. imagine the the guilt..shame..a drop in self worth..i mean it is like selling your soul to the devil without thinking about tomorrow. What price are you going at gabby? Looking forward to selling you on ebay..

You are taking it way out of context. I am talking about the fact that people deviate from their usual standards for the rewards offered by an external source. I.e. The corrupt police.

p.s. I would sell myself on eBay for just over 35 billion dollars. No joke. Pay the money, I am yours. Just give me 12 hours a day to myself.
